This website with its home page at FabianTrust.org (the “Website”) is an informational website offered by FabianTrust.org , a non-profit unregulated agency (“FabianTrust”), at no charge to users of the World Wide Web, with the express condition that visitors and beneficiaries agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this User Agreement. FabianTrust reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without notice to you, and you must consult the most recent version of this User Agreement (not an older cached version) each time you view the Website. Use of this Website constitutes your acceptance of all of the following terms and conditions, in their current form or as modified.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
FabianTrust is a charitable, gifting non-for-profit agency.
FabianTrust does not accept funds, solicit funds, or ask for payment for use of its gifts.
The FabianTrust access surplus funds of its founder.

Decision process:
The decision process is predicated on the request, urgency, need, and ultimate benefit to the beneficiary. There is no pass or fail criteria, there is a process that requires a review and at times an investigation of an inquiry. There is no charge or costing ever required.
Funds gifted are done so without any requirement of/or repayment. Funds are sent by wire transfer or transferred directly to the beneficiary or their recognized appointed representative.
Should the financial gift be considered to be taxable within the beneficiaries’ jurisdiction, those taxes are the responsibility of the beneficiary and not the FabianTrust.
Recipients and or their designate must issue a receipt for any funds received acknowledging that these funds are a gift and are not to be repaid at anytime.
Any funds received used for illegal purposes and this is found out, discovered or revealed to the FabianTrust, this will be reported to the relevant authorities.
The FabianTrust does NOT permit anyone from advertising, promote, or linking their website.
The FabianTrust does not provide funds to religious or political associations, charters, corporations, non-profits’, for profit, or a like. The FabianTrust remains non-political and non-religious not favoring one over another.
The FabianTrust does not provide funds to organizations, persons or other charities should they be recipients of funds from either government, religious sources.
The FabianTrust provided ‘micro-loans’ the term of art ‘micro-loan’ makes it easier for the reader to appreciate the purpose of the FabianTrust goals however clearly there is no loan, loan application, loan repayment plan.
Should a recipient be moved to repay or give back funds to the FabianTrust this is not possible, however the FabianTrust does encourage that the recipient pay it forward by gift funds to someone else that maybe in need perhaps within their own community.
The FabianTrust never advertises, or sells, barter, give, provide personal and private information of applicants or beneficiaries. The FabianTrust does not gather, keep or store personal or financial information on those who make inquires or benefit from a gift.
Gifts are provided on a one time, once a year basis. There is no provision to finance, support, employ or provide gifts on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, annual basis.
The FabianTrust does not and will not ever ask, require, barter, or seek favors for any gifts.
The FabianTrust does not require beneficiaries to give or provide an account or report
The FabianTrust is international, save for regions that are considered to be out of bounds as noted on the United Nations website. Terrorists’ organizations, extremists, organizations/ groups that are deemed to be cults, or have a cult foundation will not be considered.
