There is a quarter of the world’s children living in true poverty. Poor children are more vulnerable to dying young or suffering from a disease, starvation and even malnutrition.
These children are more likely not to experience living in adequate housing and having available to them basic services like healthcare and education, and they’re more prone to suffering from social discrimination and isolation.
